Tom Holland and Zendaya celebrated with friends and family at Beaverbrook Hotel, a luxury country house hotel, in Surrey, U.K., for a reception, some time after the two tied the knot.
The Spider-Man: Brand New Day costars hosted a private party celebrating their wedding after getting married earlier this year, a source tells PEOPLE.
Holland, 30, and Zendaya, 29, opted to host the celebration at one of Britain’s most famous landmarks, Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire. The historic estate has been home to the Manners family for generations and is currently headed by David Manners, the 11th Duke of Rutland.
The couple has been extremely quiet about their private wedding. Earlier this year, Law Roach, 48, claimed that Zendaya and Holland’s nuptials “already happened.” While chatting with Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, the Project Runway judge said, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”
Roach responded, “It’s very true,” before laughing and walking away.

Zendaya herself remained coy about the marriage rumors. “I’m sure you know the internet has gone berserk with stories that you might actually be married to Tom,” Kimmel said, to which Zendaya responded, jokingly: “Really? I haven’t seen any of that!”

The actress addressed the viral AI-generated wedding photos that flooded social media. “I was out and about in real life and people are like, ‘Oh my god, your wedding photos are really gorgeous.’ And I was like, ‘Babe they’re AI.’ They’re not real,'” she quipped.

Even people close to her believed the fake images. “Was anyone in your life fooled by them? And mad that they weren’t invited?” Kimmel, 58, asked. “Yes, many people,” Zendaya replied.
But it wasn’t until June that Holland officially confirmed their marriage. He let the happy news slip when he debunked AI wedding photos, telling Esquire in an interview published on June 16 that his relatives weren’t fooled by the fake photos because “they were all there” at the couple’s actual wedding.
“No, because they were all there.” Per Esquire: “I tell him that I did not realize that the wedding had happened already. ‘That’s all you’ll get on that,’ he says.
Zendaya finally confirmed she’s married to Tom Holland during an unexpected fan conversation on July 20.

The couple’s engagement came last year. In January 2025, Zendaya sparked engagement speculation when she attended the Golden Globes wearing a large diamond ring on her left ring finger. Less than 24 hours later, PEOPLE confirmed that Zendaya and Holland were engaged.

Holland popped the question during the 2024 holiday season. Holland proposed to Zendaya at the end of 2024, shortly after the couple got complementary tattoos.

For years, Zendaya, 29, and Holland, 30, who met while filming the first Spider-Man movie, maintained that they were close friends as speculation about their relationship followed the costars. Speculation about “Tomdaya” began in 2016 when the duo co-starred in “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” While they initially denied those rumors, their relationship became public in 2021 when paparazzi photographed them kissing in a car.
In the viral moment that kicked off the marriage speculation this year, Law Roach, 48, claimed that Zendaya and Holland’s nuptials “already happened.” While chatting with Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, the Project Runway judge said, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.” When asked about the statement at the Oscars, Roach told Extra that there was nothing he wanted to “clarify.” “I said what I said,” he coyly told the outlet.
The couple’s preference for privacy has been consistent. “Well, I just feel like, for me, there is a level of a parasocial investment in my personal relationship, which I understand, and I am aware that I’m a public person, and so is he, and I’m also aware that we’ve grown up in front of people, and we’ve done movies where we fall in love with each other,” she told The New York Times. “I really do understand that, and I don’t want to dismiss that like ‘stay out of my business’ but in a lot of ways, I also am a very private person, and I try my best to be able to have things for myself and for him as well.
