Police have released disturbing new details about how “The Challenge” star Tyler Duckworth was found dead in his North Dakota apartment.
The Grand Forks Police Department confirmed that Duckworth, 44, was discovered “up against the door” in his bathroom on Aug. 11, his body blocking entry to the room. A neighbor who tried to reach the former MTV personality struggled to get inside due to the obstruction.
The neighbor’s difficulty accessing the apartment came after downstairs residents reported water pouring through their ceiling, prompting the wellness check that led to the discovery. Duckworth’s bathtub was found overflowing when authorities finally entered the unit.
