Christie Brinkley, 72, Stuns Alongside Daughter Sailor, 28, in Matching Outfits at Hamptons Event

Christie Brinkley stepped out with daughter Sailor Brinkley Cook for a star-studded night in the Hamptons.

The supermodel, 72, and her youngest daughter, 28, attended John Mayer’s live SiriusXM performance at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett last Wednesday. The mother-daughter pair posed together on the red carpet in matching denim-and-black ensembles, their long blonde hair worn down for the occasion.

Brinkley wore a lacy V-neck top tucked into dark blue jeans, layered with a green jacket. She finished the look with a wide brown belt, dangling earrings, a fringe purse, and brown cowboy boots. Brinkley Cook opted for a black tank top under a cropped jean jacket, black boots, a simple brown belt, and a choker necklace.

The “Uptown Girl” model documented the evening on her Instagram Stories, writing, “@johhmayer and the full moon were both amazing tonight!” She also posted video of the two singing along to Mayer’s track “New Light,” which she identified as their “favorite.”

Brinkley Cook, who has followed her mother into modeling, expressed her appreciation for their shared experiences earlier in the week. “So grateful for all the fun memories I get to make with my mama,” she wrote alongside photos on Instagram.

The Wednesday concert marked the second time in three days that the pair turned heads with coordinated outfits. On Monday, they matched in bold all-red looks at designer Michael Kors’ 45th Anniversary Collection celebration in East Hampton.

Brinkley has been open about her approach to aging and cosmetic procedures. In April 2025, she detailed her regimen to People. “I mainly do lasers,” she said, adding, “I don’t try to get rid of every wrinkle.”

She noted that she has “dabbled with fillers” and sees a doctor in New York City. “I don’t want to look ‘done’ or anything,” she stressed. “It’s mainly about health for me now.”

A year earlier, she told the same outlet about embracing natural signs of aging. “I want to accept certain wrinkles,” she explained. “That’s the way I’m approaching aging.”

She elaborated on her concerns about overdoing cosmetic work. “Sometimes when people get older, and they overdo it, they can look waxy and — I don’t know what the word is — preserved or something. I want a little life to show on my face, you know?”

In the viral moment that has kept Brinkley in the spotlight for decades, the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl first rose to fame in the late 1970s and became one of the most recognizable faces in American fashion. Her enduring career and strikingly unchanged appearance have made her a perennial subject of public fascination, with fans and media outlets regularly commenting on her seemingly ageless look.

The Hamptons outing comes as Brinkley continues to balance modeling work, business ventures, and public appearances while maintaining her stance on aging gracefully without excessive intervention.
