Cardi B and Offset reunited for their children’s joint birthday bash despite their ongoing divorce battle.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper, 33, and the Migos star, 34, both documented the lavish Saturday party on Instagram Stories for son Wave, who turned 5 on Sept. 4, and daughter Blossom, who turns 2 on Sept. 7. The exes did not appear together in any posts.
Cardi shared footage of herself dressed as Minnie Mouse in a red polka-dot dress, yellow heels, and bedazzled mouse ears. The Disney-themed bash for Blossom also featured Sonic the Hedgehog elements for Wave, with huge balloon arches, a ball pit, carnival games, and an open bar.
“I ain’t getting married no time soon, but I got a whole bunch of kids and of course I got a Chipotle stand,” Cardi told fans while showing off her Chipotle spread on Instagram Stories.
Offset posted video of Wave dancing with cotton candy in hand. Cardi also shared clips of eldest daughter Kulture, 8, doing a runway walk to Katseye’s “Gnarly.”
The party marked a rare moment of peace between the pair, whose split has grown increasingly bitter since Cardi filed for divorce for the second time in 2024.
An insider told reporters at the time of the filing that the couple “grew apart” and that ending the marriage was something Cardi “wants to do.” The decision followed persistent cheating rumors surrounding the Atlanta rapper.
The co-parenting relationship deteriorated further by June 2025, when Cardi blasted Offset on X as a deadbeat and absentee father.
“[Offset] has seen Blossom only like five times,” she claimed in the social media post.
Offset struck a different tone that September, saying that he “just want[s] all peace” for their family and “for us to win.”
“We got kids to take care of,” he stressed.
Cardi has since moved on romantically, welcoming a son with NFL player Stefon Diggs in November 2025. She reflected on her transformation during a March appearance on the “Aspire With Emma Grede” podcast.
“I feel like last year a new person was reborn,” she said. “I don’t know if it was the divorce. I don’t know if something woke me up. I feel like I’m definitely a new person.”
The couple’s marriage began in September 2017 and was marked by repeated breakups and reconciliations before Cardi made the split permanent. Their divorce has yet to be finalized.
Cardi and Offset’s relationship first captured public attention through its dramatic cycles of accusation and reconciliation, with infidelity rumors plaguing the Migos member throughout their union.
