Jonah Hill’s former Malibu residence is back on the market at a reduced price after hosting Hayden Panettiere’s memorial reception last Saturday.
The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom coastal home, which spans 3,653 square feet, had its asking price cut by $300,000 in late July after three months without a buyer. It now lists for $12.95 million, down from the $13.25 million tag attached when it hit the market in April 2026.
The actor, 41, previously owned the Malibu property before unloading it in 2022 for $11.1 million. The home traded hands again in November 2025 before the current listing emerged.
Saturday’s memorial service for Panettiere took place at Malibu Pacific Church, with the reception following at the Hill-linked residence roughly five minutes away by car. The recently renovated property features private beach access, an ocean-view roof deck, a backyard pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen.
The gathering drew approximately 150 family members and friends of the actress, who died August 16 of an apparent overdose in South Carolina. Among the attendees were several of her “Nashville” co-stars, including Connie Britton, 59, and Charles Esten, 61. Both Britton and Esten delivered speeches during the service.
Esten also reportedly performed one of Panettiere’s songs from the series, “Free,” alongside 11-year-old Isabella D’Amore, per the outlet. Additional “Nashville” cast members present included Lennon Stella and Jonathan Jackson.
Other celebrities spotted at the event included Evan Ross, Paris Hilton, and Ruby Rose.
Notably absent were Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson, who had attempted to resuscitate Panettiere when she died. The brothers did not receive invitations to the event, reports said.
Panettiere’s ex-fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, publicly mourned the actress on Instagram on August 18. The former boxing champion shared a statement addressing the loss of the mother of his daughter, Kaya.
“Our family is going through a time of profound shock and grief. The announcement of Hayden’s tragic death saddens me deeply. She left this world far too soon. Hayden was, although no longer my partner, an important part of my life and the mother of our daughter, Kaya,” Klitschko wrote.
“Rest easy, Hayden. May you find eternal peace,” he concluded.
The Malibu property remains available at its newly reduced price as the entertainment world continues processing Panettiere’s sudden death.
