Domonique Hayes has filed a lawsuit accusing New Jersey rapper Keyon Hart of sexually assaulting her in a Brooklyn hotel room on July 4.
Hayes, 40, a former web radio host, names Hart, 45, who performs as Snake IIz, in a Sept. 11 complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. The filing alleges Hart attacked her while she was intoxicated and barely conscious at a Best Western Hotel in Coney Island after the pair had spent the holiday celebrating on the boardwalk with friends including Lil’ Fame of the hip-hop duo M.O.P.
The two had known each other since 2016, when Hayes interviewed Hart for her BlogTalkRadio program, PrettygirlsXXX, in Florida. They reconnected in 2019 after Hayes relocated to New York and developed what the lawsuit describes as a friendship. Hart allegedly maintained the relationship by promising musical collaborations that never happened and having her model for his clothing line, Soldi Sporchi, without pay.
According to the complaint, Hayes felt safe accompanying Hart to his hotel room because he had previously stayed at her Queens home without incident. She had been drinking throughout the day and consumed additional alcohol while watching fireworks from the room around 1 a.m.
The filing states Hayes began feeling “woozy” and struggled to keep her eyes open. Hart allegedly pulled down her pants and pressed against her; she pulled them back up and told him, “I’m not doing that with you. Let go of my pants.”
Minutes later, as she was losing consciousness, he allegedly pulled them down again. The lawsuit claims she was “in and out of consciousness” while he forcibly kissed her, performed oral sex, and penetrated her.
Afterward, Hart allegedly attempted to intimidate Hayes by boasting about possessing a gun and identifying himself as a “pimp.” When she confronted him days later, he apologized in since-deleted Instagram messages while simultaneously denying the assault, the complaint alleges.
“I’m sorry… The alcohol got the best of me,” he allegedly wrote.
He then allegedly told her she had not been raped but merely regretted the encounter afterward.
Hart disputed the allegations entirely when reached for comment.
“I deny all of it to be completely honest,” he told The Post. “None of its true, she’s a liar.”
He claimed Hayes sent him messages after the encounter stating, “All I can think about is having sex with you.” Hart did not provide those messages to The Post. His attorney, Rene Myatt, declined to comment.
Hart, who has more than 70,000 Instagram followers, has built an underground career spanning decades. His credits include features with Tupac Shakur and collaborations with Killah Priest, a Wu-Tang Clan affiliate. His catalog includes tracks such as “Sick” with Redrum781, “Boom!” with Fred the Godson, and “Get Em” with Lil’ Fame. He is identified in the lawsuit as a member of M.O.P.’s extended crew, the “First Family.”
Hayes never reported the alleged assault to police. Her lawsuit seeks unspecified damages plus compensation for unpaid modeling work.
“We stand with our client Ms. Hayes and with all women who have been abused,” her attorney, Lawrence Pearson, told The Post. “For far too long, men have used promises of work or success to lure women into vulnerable situations where they can exploit them sexually.”
The case adds to a growing number of civil actions brought by women in the entertainment industry who allege they were sexually exploited by men who leveraged professional connections and promises of career advancement.
