Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo Sell $7M Tennessee Home After Finalizing Divorce

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have listed their Tennessee marital home for sale following their quiet divorce finalization.

The country star, 40, and the podcast host, 48, put the custom-built Franklin estate on the market Wednesday for just under $7 million, according to real estate sources. The sprawling property spans 10 acres of countryside and includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an automotive showroom, and a chef’s kitchen.

Outdoor amenities feature a separate kitchen, dining area, and resort-style pool. The listing arrives roughly two months after the former couple, who married in 2016, completed their divorce in July.

Jason Bradley DeFord and Alisa Andrea DeFord reached a confidential agreement to split their assets, court documents show. The division covered homes, properties, furniture, aircraft, vehicles, and debt. They also revoked prior permissions allowing their separate teams to access each other’s personal accounts.

Additionally, Bunnie received a one-time payment from the “Save Me” singer, per the filings.

The exes plan to continue having children together through IVF, according to the same documents.

Bunnie addressed the split publicly in July on her “Dumb Blonde Podcast,” telling listeners the marriage was ending “on the best possible terms that you could ever have a divorce.”

She has since begun dating Dylan Wolf, 26, a star of “Calabasas Confidential” who is 22 years her junior.

Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May, citing “irreconcilable differences,” though the separation remained hidden for over a month. Moving trucks were first spotted at the Franklin property on June 15, alerting the public to the split.

Despite the breakup, the two have maintained amicable relations.

The Franklin home sale marks a formal severing of the couple’s shared real estate holdings. The property’s automotive showroom reflects Jelly Roll’s well-documented passion for cars, a theme that has appeared throughout his music and public persona.

Bunnie’s podcast has continued releasing episodes since the separation, with the host occasionally referencing her changed circumstances without delving into extensive detail about the divorce proceedings.

The confidential nature of their asset agreement has left most financial specifics private, though the home listing provides a visible benchmark for at least one portion of their shared wealth.

The May filing and July finalization made for an unusually swift dissolution by celebrity standards, with both parties appearing to prioritize discretion throughout the process.

Neither has publicly contested the other’s statements about the split, and their continued IVF plans suggest an ongoing cooperative relationship despite the romantic separation.

The Franklin estate had served as their primary residence during the latter years of their marriage, a period that saw Jelly Roll’s crossover success from hip-hop to country stardom.

The property’s resort-style pool and extensive outdoor entertaining spaces had previously hosted gatherings visible on both of their social media accounts during their relationship.
