Starbucks devotees are already lining up their rewards points for the coffee chain’s 2026 holiday drop.
The java giant, 54 years after its 1971 founding in Seattle, will release its full holiday merch lineup on Nov. 5, with select pieces from the Winter Wonderland collection following on Nov. 17. The staggered rollout is designed to keep collectors hunting through late November, and fans on TikTok are making it clear they plan to clear shelves.
One TikTok user commented, “When I say I’m going to go BROKE!”
Another said, “This is why I let my points accumulate,” referring to the Starbucks Rewards program where customers earn perks with each purchase.
The undisputed star of the launch is the expanded Bearista collection. Last year’s 20-ounce glass bear cup — shaped like a teddy wearing a Starbucks-green beanie that doubles as the lid, complete with a matching striped straw — sold out the same day at most stores. This season, the adorable mascot gets an entire product line: the original glass bear returns alongside a plush keychain, two tumbler styles, and a ceramic coffee cup covered in the cute bear’s face.

The Peppermint Mocha Collection brings its own centerpiece. The Glass Christmas Tree Cold Cup, retailing for $32.95, features what the chain calls “retro holiday charm meets modern design.” The tree-shaped vessel anchors a set that includes additional cold cups, tumblers, and espresso cups all hitting shelves Nov. 5.
For collectors wanting a hometown nod, the Holiday Village collection celebrates Starbucks’ Seattle origins. The full set arrives alongside the Nov. 5 launch.
The Winter Wonderland line takes a cooler approach with “cool-toned drinkware inspired by freshly fallen snow and sparkling icy landscapes,” according to the company. The quilted light-blue cold cups, iridescent water bottles, tumblers, and other whimsical items won’t appear until Nov. 17, giving the first wave breathing room before round two.
One enthusiastic fan posted on social media: “Let’s talk more about the Starbucks Holiday Collection coming this year and I couldn’t be more excited about the Winter Wonderland Collection. I love the colors and the style of each cups. Very cute and perfect for the winter coming soon.”

The 2026 holiday menu itself includes festive drink newcomers alongside returning favorites, though the merch frenzy has largely overshadowed the beverage announcements in early social chatter.
The Bearista phenomenon first exploded in 2025 when the single glass bear cup became an instant sellout, catching even seasoned Starbucks collectors off guard with its same-day scarcity. That viral demand prompted the chain to build an entire sub-brand around the character for this year’s expanded rollout.

The full 2026 holiday collection officially drops Nov. 5, with Winter Wonderland pieces strategically rolling out in stores and online beginning Nov. 17.
