A corrections officer at the New Jersey prison holding Sean “Diddy” Combs has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing an inmate.
Jordan Pensak, 27, admitted in court Tuesday that she had sex with a prisoner at Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in January 2026 and exchanged sexually explicit photos and messages with him through social media and electronic applications, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. The inmate allegedly used two contraband cellphones to facilitate the exchanges.

Pensak also admitted to discussing the relationship with multiple people, including members of the inmate’s family. In one message, she raised concerns that she could be pregnant with the inmate’s child, prosecutors said. She is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 10, 2027, on a charge that carries a maximum of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The case does not involve Combs, the 56-year-old Bad Boy Records founder who is serving his own sentence at the same low-security Burlington County facility.

Combs’ time at Fort Dix has already drawn scrutiny over reports of alleged special treatment. Inmates allegedly cooked for him, cleaned his living space and gave him Chinese-style massages. Sources also claimed he had access to a contraband cellphone, premium liquor and prescription medication, and used the phone to browse social media and view sexually explicit photos.
Combs’ representative pushed back on those reports, saying that the media had turned “every mundane detail” of his prison life into news. The representative insisted that the music mogul was serving his sentence “within the rules” while awaiting the outcome of his appeal.
He was later reportedly returned to solitary confinement after the accounts of his alleged prison privileges surfaced.

Bureau of Prisons records show Combs’ release date from Fort Dix has been moved from Jan. 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028, reports said. A representative for Combs said, “Sean remains focused on serving his sentence and returning to his family.”
The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation for prostitution but acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering. The three-time Grammy winner was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 and was subsequently transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Fort Dix.

Combs’ legal team has also taken aim at a Netflix documentary series produced by 50 Cent, which the rapper decried as a “shameful hit piece” through a representative. The streaming project added another layer of public attention to his case as he pursues his appeal.
The guilty plea from Pensak marks the latest controversy to engulf Fort Dix, where federal inmates including one of hip-hop’s most recognizable figures are serving out their sentences. The Bureau of Prisons has faced repeated questions about conditions and oversight at its facilities.

Combs is expected to remain at Fort Dix through his revised release window in early 2028 as his appeal proceeds.
