Kourtney Kardashian leaned into the vampire aesthetic with a lace slip dress and faux blood dripping down her chin for her stepson’s themed birthday bash.
The Poosh founder, 47, attended Landon Barker’s “Vampire’s Ball”-themed 23rd birthday party in a black Jonquil lingerie dress featuring sheer lace panels, a plunging neckline, and a high slit on both sides. She layered a sheer black duster and scarf over the ’90s design, and doubled up on cross necklaces with a diamond choker and a longer dark pendant.
Kardashian shared photos of her look on Instagram with the caption “bite me.”
Hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons posted his own snaps of the reality star’s glam, noting her usual bangs had been twisted and pinned back for the occasion. “@kourtneykardash minus the bangs for Landon’s vampire bday party 🫦🧛🏻♀️🩸🖤,” he wrote on Instagram.
The birthday boy, Travis Barker’s son with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, sported a leather suit without a shirt for his own party. He blew out candles on a black cake covered in faux-blood glaze.
Kardashian also posted a photo of a second cake, this one topped with 23 black candles and the words “Nobody likes you when you’re 23,” a reference to Blink-182’s hit “What’s My Age Again?” Travis Barker co-founded and drums for the band.
Other guests embraced the theme as well. Alabama Barker, Landon’s sister, wore a fire-red wig, while influencer Alix Earle arrived in a busty latex minidress. Earle’s sister Ashtin, who has been dating Landon in recent weeks, wore a sheer lace outfit to the fête.
Kardashian’s gothic leanings predate this party. In 2021, months into her romance with Travis Barker, she showed off diamond-studded crowns on her canine teeth in Instagram selfies, captioning them with a vampire emoji.
The Jonquil dress Kardashian wore to Landon’s party retails for $629 through Villa Amour Vintage.
Kardashian and Travis Barker married in May 2022 in Portofino, Italy, blending their families. The couple welcomed their first child together, a son named Rocky, in November 2023.
