Hailee Steinfeld stole the show at SoFi Stadium before trying to disappear from it.
The actress, 29, was caught on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” broadcast screaming her support for husband Josh Allen during the Buffalo Bills’ dramatic 37-34 overtime victory against the Los Angeles Rams. Cameras found her in a suite surrounded by other Bills family members as Allen, 30, engineered the game-winning drive.
“Go, Josh! Let’s go, Josh! Let’s f–king go!!!” she yelled, pointing toward the field as the quarterback worked through the final moments.
It marked a rare broadcast appearance for Steinfeld, who has been linked to Allen since May 2023 and married him in May 2025. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Harper Haize Allen, in April.
The tension peaked during Buffalo’s final overtime possession. As the clock ticked toward the two-minute warning, Steinfeld appeared to duck behind others in the suite, seemingly seeking shelter from the cameras and the mounting pressure.
The Bills had faced disaster when running back James Cook fumbled early in the extra period. The Rams took over with a chance to win, but linebacker Greg Rousseau blocked a 48-yard field goal attempt with an outstretched hand.
“That’s the beautiful thing about football: You get another drive,” Allen said after the game. “All you can do is keep moving forward. You’re hoping someone on defense or special teams can make a play, and that’s what happened. Greg Rousseau made a play.”
Allen needed only five plays to cover 35 yards, setting up kicker Tyler Bass for a 45-yard field goal that sealed the victory and improved Buffalo’s record to 4-1.
The quarterback finished with 331 combined passing and rushing yards and two touchdowns. Cook added two rushing scores despite his costly fumble.
The overtime victory carried extra weight for Allen, who had never won in extra time across his nine-year career until this night.
Steinfeld’s broadcast moment drew immediate attention across social platforms, with viewers reacting to both her raw enthusiasm and her subsequent attempt to hide from the spotlight.
The couple has become a fixation for both football and entertainment audiences since their relationship became public, with Steinfeld’s appearances at games typically drawing significant online discussion.
The Bills will travel to Las Vegas next week before returning home for their bye in Week 7.
