Bella Hadid opened the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Sunday in a fairy-inspired look featuring floral angel wings.
The 30-year-old model, who celebrated the milestone birthday earlier this month, made her fifth appearance for the lingerie brand at the 2026 show. She was not announced as part of the cast ahead of showtime.

Hadid lit up the catwalk in a floral-embellished bra and sheer neon green miniskirt. The dazzling wings paired with the look were adorned with colorful flowers, sparkling embellishments and dangling accents. She completed the ethereal ensemble with loose blond waves and a luminous, bronzed glow.
For her second trip down the runway, Hadid switched into an angelic white pleated minidress with matching wings.
Sister Gigi Hadid also walked on Sunday, joining a cast that included Adriana Lima, Alex Consani, Amelia Gray Hamlin, Alessandra Ambrosio and others. Gigi sparkled in sequin wings during her appearance.

Bella first debuted for Victoria’s Secret in 2016 and returned for the 2017, 2018, 2024 and 2025 shows. Her return this year marks continued progress in her reentry into the modeling world after stepping back due to chronic illness.
Last year’s show raised concerns among fans when Hadid appeared to struggle while closing the runway in a silver fringed bra and oversized wings. The moment came just one month after she had been hospitalized for treatment of her Lyme disease.
The following day, Bella responded to worried followers by revealing the physical challenge she had faced. She told fans that her wings weighed a whopping 50 pounds.

Beyond the runway, Hadid has been gradually rebuilding her presence in fashion. Most recently, she joined Gigi in an ad campaign for Guest in Residence, her sister’s clothing brand, wearing cowgirl cashmere looks.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026 also featured Kylie Jenner wearing what outlets reported as the most expensive Fantasy Bra in the event’s history, valued at $50 million.

Hadid’s unannounced return as opener signals her continued relationship with the brand despite past health challenges. The floral-winged look she wore to launch this year’s show offered a softer, more whimsical counterpoint to the heavy silver ensemble that had drawn concern twelve months prior.
The brand’s 2026 production is scheduled to continue its international tour with upcoming stops in major fashion capitals.
