Irina Shayk traded her runway wings for sheer rebellion at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after-party Sunday night.
The Russian supermodel, 40, arrived at the Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood wearing a pair of completely see-through burgundy organza bumsters by London-based brand Mowalola, slung so low on her hips they exposed her thong underneath. She paired the pants with a black push-up bra and matching burgundy pumps, replicating the exact styling from the label’s spring 2027 collection. A cross necklace and leopard-print coin purse rounded out the after-dark look.
Shayk wasn’t the only celebrity embracing Mowalola’s provocative aesthetic that evening. Bianca Censori, 30, stepped out in a fishnet bodysuit from the same collection, covering her chest with her hands. She was photographed alongside husband Kanye West, whom Shayk briefly dated in 2021. The brand itself is the brainchild of Mowalola Ogunlesi, a Nigerian-British designer and former Yeezy Gap design director who has built a reputation as a fashion provocateur.
Earlier Sunday, Shayk had walked in two looks at the Victoria’s Secret show, held at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City. It marked her fourth appearance on the VS runway, a full decade after her debut while secretly pregnant with daughter Lea, now 9, whom she shares with ex Bradley Cooper.
Backstage before the show, Shayk spoke about what keeps her returning to the brand. “Sexy push-up bras, beautiful fluffy wings, girls, and [having] fun backstage,” she quipped to the outlet Style.
She also reflected on her decade-long history with the show and her evolution as a mother. “I felt very proud being Mama,” she said backstage, referencing her first appearance while expecting.
The 2026 show itself carried significant weight for the lingerie giant. Bella Hadid opened the brand’s first Los Angeles extravaganza since 2007, and Kylie Jenner wore its $50 million Fantasy Bra. Gigi Hadid also walked the runway; she and Cooper have been wearing matching Boucheron wedding bands for months, though friends have clarified the couple has yet to marry. Kendall Jenner, previously linked to Shayk’s reported current boyfriend, sat out this year’s show.
Off the runway, Shayk is reportedly dating NBA star Devin Booker, 29, who was previously linked to VS model Kendall Jenner. The relationship adds another layer to the interconnected web of celebrities orbiting the Victoria’s Secret universe.
Shayk’s after-party ensemble capped a night of bold fashion statements, with the supermodel proving her willingness to push boundaries even after shedding her official Angel wings. The Mowalola pants, among the lowest-rise designs worn publicly by a major celebrity in recent memory, instantly became the most talked-about look of the evening.
