The Trump Administration released a seventh batch of declassified government files on unidentified anomalous phenomena Friday, revealing multiple sightings of silent black triangle craft moving at fighter-jet speeds over classified military installations.
The newly public documents describe objects clocked at 1.5 miles in three seconds — roughly 1,800 mph — without leaving vapor trails, emitting exhaust, or producing any audible sound, according to FBI reports contained in the release. Thermal scans showed these craft maintained uniform heat signatures rather than the uneven patterns typical of conventional aircraft or drones, where engines and other components run hotter.

“The exterior presented as a continuous (seamless), featureless surface lacking any discernible structural discontinuities, propulsive apertures, intake structures, aerodynamic control effectors, or cockpit features,” a Department of War memo stated regarding one triangle encounter. The same document noted that two primary witnesses reported no physiological effects — no disorientation, nausea, headaches, memory gaps, or other anomalous sensory phenomena.
Government officials have ruled out American technology as the source, the files indicate, and expressed skepticism that any foreign nation possesses the advanced capabilities these objects appeared to demonstrate. The exact locations and dates of the military base overflights were redacted for security reasons, though released sketches depict a black triangle-shaped object above mountainous terrain. No photographs were included in the public release.
The Friday disclosure came through the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters, an initiative established under President Trump’s pledge to increase government transparency on the topic. Previous tranches have surfaced other reported sightings, though none have provided definitive proof of extraterrestrial life.
The 512-acre Utah property known as Skinwalker Ranch, featured on the History Channel reality series, also figured prominently in the new files. Government investigators collected hair samples from barbed wire at the ranch in 2010 after a rancher reported his dogs chased a skinwalker across the property. The hair underwent DNA analysis, according to the documents.
People associated with the ranch described encounters with “dog-like creatures running on two legs, unnatural animalistic howling/screaming, little people, prehistoric birds and a maggot which measured about 8-feet long.” Others reported seeing a “black shadowy figure.” By May 2010, officials had interviewed at least 25 people, including Native Americans in the region, local police, ranchers, members of the Mormon church, and the director of the local Fish and Wildlife service, all of whom described first-hand encounters.
The files also examined unidentified sightings around California’s Catalina Island and included a NASA document from the 1960s outlining procedures for contact with space fragments. Government officials told a small group of reporters Thursday that more releases are planned.
The triangle sightings over secret military bases occurred on at least three separate occasions over the past year, with observers noting the craft moved “with speed the observers described to be as fast as a fighter jet.”

Officials briefed reporters that additional document tranches are forthcoming.
