When a woman in labor ended up texting a wrong number about the birth of her baby, they thought it was just a funny mix-up. But then things got heartwarming…
An unknown woman sent a group text to her friends to let the gang know the baby was on it’s way.
And when one person replied, “Congrats lol, but I think someone got the wrong number” it seemed a technical mishap had added a random stranger to the chat.
But in response to the photos of the new baby now coming through, the stranger said, “Well I don’t know Yall but me and the boys will be thru to take picture with the baby.” [sic]
While the other people in the group chat laughed about this poor person “caught up in the baby birthing”, we’re surprised no one was even a little bit worried about someone bringing “the boys” to see a minute-old baby.
But the randomer insisted, asking for the hospital room number.
And they did indeed pop in to say hi to mom and baby — with gifts!
The family were so touched they posted the photo with the stranger, aka Dennis Williams and his brother who he brought along, thanking him for his kindness.
“What a blessing these two guys were to our family,” reads the post, “They were so sweet and kind to do this!… If only we all had this kind of heart.”
It’s definitely a birthing story to remember!
