Al Pacino has confirmed that his relationship with Noor Alfallah has ended, although they continue to be ‘friends’.
It is reported that the couple, who started dating during the pandemic, expanded their family with the birth of their son Roman last year.
A source close to them told Page Six, “Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men… She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well.
“She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.”
In September, Alfallah filed for physical custody of their son Roman, but the pair eventually agreed not to contest their parental rights in court.
Documents obtained by PEOPLE and Page Six indicated that the former couple reached an arrangement regarding child custody and support, with Pacino agreeing to cover legal fees.
Despite these disputes, the couple reportedly remained together, with Stan Rosenfield, a representative for Pacino, telling Entertainment Tonight that they were ‘together’.
However, Pacino has now confirmed that the relationship has ended.
A representative for Pacino stated that he is not in a relationship, confirming that he and Noor are not romantically involved.
“Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman,” the representative told PEOPLE.
Before Roman’s arrival, Pacino was already a father to three children with two different women.
He shares twins Anton and Olivia with Beverly D’Angelo, whom he dated from 1997 to 2003. His eldest daughter, Julie Marie, was born from his relationship with acting coach Jan Tarrant.
The renowned actor has been discussing many of his personal relationships in his new memoir, “Sonny Boy”.
According to his book, Pacino is not particularly fond of marriage.
Regarding marriage, Pacino expressed, “Everything’s a ticket to the pain train. A ticket or nothing. Are you going to go or not? No, I’ll stay here. I’ll stay here at the station, I’m not getting on.
“I just didn’t feel it [marriage] ever suited me for some reason.”
