According to reports, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s son has been involved in a traffic accident in Los Angeles.
Sources indicate that their son Pax was taken to the hospital after the incident.
The 20-year-old was reportedly riding his electric bike without a helmet when he collided with the back of a car, as stated by law enforcement agencies to TMZ.
Pax sustained a head injury during the crash and was promptly taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
Reports suggest that Pax was traveling down Los Feliz Boulevard around 5pm local time, a busy street during rush hour.
The driver of the car reportedly exited the vehicle to check on Pax after the collision.
It is also reported that Pax collided with the back of a car that had stopped at a red light during rush hour and experienced hip pain along with a head injury.
The accident occurred as Pax was approaching a busy intersection.
Medics were reportedly concerned about the potential complications of a head injury and hurried Pax to the hospital.
Later, sources informed TMZ that Pax’s condition was stable, and he might be able to return home soon.
In recent months, Pax has often been seen riding his electric bike around Los Angeles.
His bike has been identified as a Talaria Sting R MX4 electric bike, though it is unclear if this was the bike involved in the accident.
He was last photographed riding the bike on July 11.
Jolie adopted Pax in Vietnam in 2007 when he was three years old, with Pitt joining the adoption later on.
Pax is the second eldest among the five children the couple shares.
Their other children include Maddox, 22; Zahara, 19; Shiloh, 18; and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.
Pax has reportedly become estranged from Pitt following Jolie and Pitt’s separation.
The pair announced their split when Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, and they were both declared legally single in 2019.
Since then, they have been involved in custody battles and legal disputes over shared assets, including a vineyard in France.
Neither Jolie nor Pitt have publicly commented on the reports about the crash.
