For many, the thought of a car crashing into theirs would be a major source of stress, yet one individual seemed somewhat pleased with the situation.
A Kick streamer known as CarSnob was broadcasting live from his car when an unexpected event unfolded.
As he remained stationary, the sound of a vehicle revving loudly can be heard.
During the livestream, viewers witnessed a car flipping over behind the streamer before it collided with his car, shattering the rear window.
Most would find such an ordeal overwhelming, but CarSnob’s response left many surprised.
“That’s a clip,” he exclaimed with enthusiasm.
“Clip it! That dude just rolled in. Clip it! My rear window is f**ked. My car’s totaled. My car is still on. Clip it, I didn’t even sip my cold brew. I got that on stream.”
The footage has been widely shared online, prompting discussions on Twitter about CarSnob’s reaction.
“The thought of clout brought a smile to his face in that moment… sad,” a Twitter user remarked.
“Worrying about a clip instead of his life is crazy,” another echoed.
Someone else commented: “He’s so excited his car got wrecked. I’d be pissed lol.”
“There’s no way the first thing to come out of his mouth was ‘WOW THATS A CLIP’,” one person expressed, while another added: “Car gets rear-ended and the first thing on his mind is going viral.”
Others, however, noted the potential usefulness of the video for insurance purposes.
“To be fair, that clip is probably going to be seen by his insurance company,” someone pointed out.
“Bruh he needed that sh*t for insurance,” agreed another.
Another person noted: “That’s evidence. That’s what that is.”
Reflecting on the incident, CarSnob shared more details about the moments leading up to the crash.
“I hear something, even though I am playing music, I got the window down,” he recounted to Sportskeeda.
“I turned it down to talk and then I really turned it down because I heard scraping, or really loud banging, and then I looked behind me, it was all on stream.”
He also posted an image showing the back of his blue car crumpled and the window shattered, while the other car appeared mostly intact.
