Author Alleges She Gave Birth to Elon Musk’s 13th Child in Public Statement

An author has made a sensational claim that Elon Musk is the father of her child.

The 53-year-old entrepreneur, who leads Tesla and SpaceX, is already known to have 12 children.

Ashley St. Clair, a woman who identifies as a conservative influencer, has asserted that Musk became a father for the 13th time five months ago.

In a statement on Twitter, she declared, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”

The 26-year-old emphasized her attempts to keep the matter private to safeguard her child.

She further explained, “I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause. I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

St. Clair has authored a children’s book with BRAVE Books titled “Elephants Are Not Birds.”

Meanwhile, Musk’s other children include Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno, and another child born in 2024.

His journey into fatherhood began in 2002 with the birth of Nevada Alexander, his son with then-wife Justine Wilson, a Canadian author.

Tragically, Nevada passed away at 10 weeks old due to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

Wilson described the ordeal in Marie Claire: “Nevada went down for a nap, placed on his back as always, and stopped breathing. By the time the paramedics resuscitated him, he had been deprived of oxygen for so long that he was brain-dead.”

The family made the difficult decision to remove him from life support after three days.

The couple later had twins, Vivian and Griffin, who are now 21, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, who are 18.

Years later, Musk and singer Grimes welcomed X Æ A-12, now four, during their relationship. Though they split in 2022, they share two more children: Exa Dark Sideræl, three, and Techno Mechanicus, two.

In addition, just before Grimes gave birth to their daughter, Musk fathered twins, Strider and Azure, three, with Shivon Zilis in November 2021.

Zilis, an executive at Musk’s company Neuralink, and Musk also welcomed another child in early 2024, whose name has not been disclosed.

Reports from People suggest Musk and Grimes were looking for a Bel Air residence to accommodate all his children and their mothers.

Musk has stated to The Wall Street Journal that he does not plan to “automatically” pass on his business interests to his children unless they are inclined to take over his ventures.
