Crispin Glover, the actor widely recognized for playing George McFly in Back to the Future, is facing a lawsuit filed by a former model.
Variety reports that an unidentified woman, listed in court documents as Jane Doe, submitted the complaint on Wednesday (February 25). The suit accuses the 61-year-old of keeping her “captive” and treating her as a “sex slave”.
In the filing, Doe alleges she was “lured” to California after being given what she believed was a legitimate work opportunity in Los Angeles.
The complaint includes claims of “battery, fraud, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and bane act violations, stemming from a disturbing series of incidents in which Jane Doe was essentially held captive and used for sex and free labor by Mr. Glover under false pretenses”.

The lawsuit further claims Doe first came into contact with the Back to the Future actor in 2015 through social media. According to the complaint, Glover allegedly sent repeated messages encouraging her to travel to Los Angeles and is accused of making advances described as unusual.
“He promised her a home and a job if she came to Los Angeles,” it adds.
After she arrived in the city, the suit alleges Doe “found herself in a disturbing situation where Mr Glover wanted to control her actions and track her whereabouts and basically serve him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave”.
It also alleges that Glover “groomed Jane Doe with promises of a new life where she could start over and have a career in the entertainment industry through some sort of business relationship with him”.
Doe is said to have moved to the West Coast in early 2024.
The complaint claims that after she refused what it describes as Glover’s “bizarre and inappropriate demands”, she was evicted from the home unlawfully.
It also disputes allegations connected to a restraining-order petition, claiming the assertions behind it were untrue.
Glover’s lawyer has rejected the suit, calling it “baseless allegations”.

The lawyer told Variety: “Mr. Glover denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms. The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe.
“These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time.
“Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief. He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication.”
