Brookyln (and beyond) is going crazy for the latest colorful trend in the form of The Bagel Store’s rainbow bagels.

Crafted by bagel artist (yes, that’s a thing) Scott Rosillo, the vanilla-flavored bagels certainly add a pop of color to boring brown bagels.
In the time it takes to make 1,000 normal bagels, Scott can only make 100 because of the complex dyeing, layering and twisting that it takes to make the rainbow dough.
And if multicolored carbohydrates isn’t enough for you, Scott tops these rainbow treats with Nutella, funfetti, and cotton-candy-infused cream cheese.
Our daily intake of calories never looked so beautiful.
Scott has been making bagels and his other doughy invention, Cragels (a croissant-bagel hybrid) for over 20 years.
And he’s always up for a challenge, dabbling in Valentine’s Day-theme bagels and even dressing up bagels in NFL team colors for the Super Bowl.
They’re so vibrant we kind of want to wear them as bracelets.
And you can cover them in edible glitter.
You can also order custom-design bagels and vats of their special cream cheese from their website if you’re not a Brooklyn local.
If you’re happy to keep dribbling as you read this, check out the mesmerizing video of how the rainbow bagels are made:
