Jesse Rutherford has addressed the moment he appeared to favorite a TikTok featuring his ex, Billie Eilish.
Social media users were quick to spot activity on Rutherford’s TikTok account, @jesserutherford, after it looked as though he’d added an Eilish video to his favorites. The move prompted immediate reactions from fans watching the situation unfold.

Eilish and Rutherford were first linked in October 2022. Eilish later confirmed the relationship by sharing their Halloween outfits, with her dressed as a baby and him as an elderly man—an apparent nod to the online discussion about their 10-year age gap.
They made their red carpet debut the following month at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in November 2022, arriving in matching Gucci pyjamas and posing while sharing a blanket.
A year later, representatives confirmed to Page Six that the pair had ended their relationship on good terms.
