Fans of Bon Jovi have been discussing the “best MSG show date” to secure tickets for, as the general sale is set to begin at 10am on Friday, October 31.
The iconic rock band has added three additional shows at Madison Square Garden in July 2026 in response to high demand.
Following their New York performances, Bon Jovi will tour the UK and Ireland, with concerts in Edinburgh, London, and Dublin. The presale tickets were quickly snapped up, with one fan likening it to a “feeding frenzy.”
As the general sale approaches, fans are voicing their opinions on which MSG date might be the most desirable to attend.
A Reddit user posed the question, “Any thoughts on which night at MSG could be the best? The seventh, since it is opening night? The twelfth, because he’ll have two rest days since the previous concert? Or fourteenth, as he might give it all since it’s the last night? Curious what people are thinking…”

One reply suggested, “For ease of buying, everything except Sunday are better choices,” noting that Sunday might be more popular due to it being a weekend. “The rest of the days are business days,” they added.
Another fan commented, “I always go for the best odds of getting a ticket i.e the weekdays. Got one for Thursday, July 9.”
If you’re planning to secure tickets when the general sale launches, here are some tips to increase your chances.
The general sale begins at 10am (EDT) on Friday, October 31, through Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
Fans on Reddit recommend logging into your preferred ticketing site 15 minutes early, meaning at 9.45am.
Resale tickets may also become available on platforms like TicketNetwork and SeatGeek.
To avoid scams and ensure a money-back guarantee, always buy resale tickets from verified sources.
This tour follows a hiatus from Jon Bon Jovi, who focused on his health after undergoing vocal cord surgery.
Though the set list hasn’t been released, past performances in 2022 can provide a glimpse of what to expect.

The Forever Tour will kick off in July 2026 with a seven-night run at Madison Square Garden in New York.
For those in the UK and Ireland, performances are scheduled for August 28 at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium and August 30 at Dublin’s Croke Park.
The UK tour will conclude on September 4 at Wembley Stadium in London. Tickets for UK shows can be purchased here. Will you be there?
