Brad Pitt, recently spotted topless by a pool in Mexico with his new partner Ines de Ramon, has sold a majority stake in his Hollywood production company Plan B. Sources have suggested that this is part of his plan to take a step back from the industry.
One source said Pitt is “deciding what ‘semi-retirement’ looks like for him,” adding that the actor “will likely continue acting,” but will stay away from any other business ventures.
Brad Pitt is reportedly considering a major life change, with sources claiming he is looking to move to France and focus on his vineyard, art, and furniture-making. Despite this, an insider close to the actor has said he won’t be abandoning his acting career anytime soon.
The source also revealed that Pitt was considering selling his production company, Plan B, “on a high note” before the news was made public.
It appears Pitt is looking to find peace and tranquility away from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.
“While Brad has put a lot of time into the various [businesses based out of the French estate, Chateau Miraval, he bought with Angelina Jolie], and his other interests like architecture, he is absolutely committed to his film career,” said the insider.
