Dean Norris has put his sprawling California ranch on the market as he navigates both a surprise divorce and a million-dollar bankruptcy.
The “Breaking Bad” actor, 63, listed the 11-acre Temecula property for $3,199,267 in September, according to a Thursday report. The 7,000-square-foot main residence features nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse, with grounds that include an infinity pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, four-stall horse barn, and fruit orchard. Norris and his wife Bridget bought the estate in 2024 for $1,725,000.

Bridget Norris, who wed the actor in 2001, quietly filed to end their 23-year marriage in February 2025, reports said Wednesday. Court documents list January 15, as their date of separation. Dean responded to the filing in May, and the divorce does not appear to be finalized.

The couple share five children, two of whom are still minors: daughter Zoe, 17, and son Dean Jr., 16. Bridget cited “irreconcilable differences” and requested joint legal and physical custody of the children, along with spousal support.

The pair’s financial troubles extend beyond the real estate listing. Together they own the Swing Inn Cafe, a Temecula restaurant that has been operating since 1927 and which they took over in 2002. The business filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September, seeking to restructure its debts and remain open. Company documents show $147,809.58 in assets against $1,811,598.46 in liabilities.

Norris remains best known for his portrayal of DEA agent Hank Schrader on AMC’s “Breaking Bad” from 2008 to 2013. The role made him a familiar face in one of television’s most acclaimed dramas, and he has continued working steadily in film and television since the series concluded.

The Temecula estate represents a significant attempted profit over the purchase price, though market conditions and the circumstances of the sale may affect the outcome. The property’s extensive amenities and acreage distinguish it from typical suburban listings in the Riverside County area.

Dean’s representative has not responded to requests for comment on the divorce or bankruptcy proceedings.
