Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox’s former husband, has addressed the news of her alleged split from Machine Gun Kelly amid her pregnancy announcement.
Fox recently shared that she and Machine Gun Kelly (whose real name is Colson Baker) were expecting their first child together.
This baby will be the fourth for Megan Fox, known for her role in “Jennifer’s Body,” and the second for MGK.
The couple has reportedly parted ways again, after calling off their engagement previously.
Reports suggest the breakup was due to MGK texting other women, as reported by Page Six.
A TMZ reporter mentioned that Fox allegedly discovered inappropriate texts on MGK’s phone.
Green questioned, “How old is he? He’s in his 30s isn’t he?”
“In your 30s… like, grow up,” he continued. “You know, she’s pregnant.”
When asked about his concerns for his ex-wife and their children, Green expressed that he only wishes for the best for Fox, their kids, and her unborn child.
Green commented on the situation: “I’m heartbroken about it because I know she’s been so excited and the kids are so excited for life to change, and all of that.”
He added that if the texting rumors are true, it’s a ‘tragic situation’.
“I wouldn’t wish that on anybody,” he further stated.
UNILAD has reached out to Fox and MGK’s representatives for their comments.
Neither Fox nor MGK have issued a public statement regarding their rumored separation.
The pair reportedly began dating in June 2020 after meeting on the set of “Midnight In The Switchgrass” earlier that year.
MGK proposed to Fox in January 2022, but they ended their engagement a year later.
They were rumored to have reconciled, albeit without re-engaging.
In March 2024, Fox mentioned she couldn’t confirm the ‘status of the relationship’ but confirmed the end of their engagement.
“I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption, so I think as of now. I don’t have a comment on like the status of the relationship per se,” she told Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
“What I can say is that is what I refer to as being my twin soul and there will always be a tether to [MGK] no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow.”
