Sean Preston and Jayden James, the sons of Britney Spears, have spoken publicly about their first major step into fashion after making a surprise runway appearance at Paris Fashion Week.
The brothers, aged 20 and 19, drew major attention when they appeared side by side in the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 presentation on June 26, 2026.
Their debut came during a season of high-profile menswear shows in Paris and marked one of their most visible public appearances to date.
Rather than leaning into the performance-heavy image associated with their famous parents, the pair presented their own take on contemporary street style with sharply different looks.
Preston wore a flowing black silk coat with a coordinating tie and loose-fitting denim, while Jayden opted for a white tank top styled with an oversized leather belt and metallic chains at the waist.
The show effectively introduced both brothers to the global fashion scene in a very public way, while also fueling speculation about whether they might continue in modeling.

After the event, the two spoke with Vogue about how the opportunity came together and whether they could see themselves returning to the runway.
“I don’t know about Preston, but I’m definitely interested,” Jayden shared when asked if he’d walk the runway again.
“I feel like I could do better, since this was my first fashion show and everything. I could master my walk better — I was definitely stiff because I was nervous. But Preston and I are trying to do music and other things.”
Preston appeared a little more uncertain about turning modeling into a long-term career, even though he said he enjoyed the experience.
“After being in that environment, I love it so much—seeing how a whole show is put together. But I don’t know if it’s something that I would pursue or not. I don’t know if it’s something that I’m super passionate about, but I know I had a lot of fun doing it.”
He also made clear that music remains his main focus.
“Music is the foundation of everything for me. Jayden and I have done music our whole lives, and we definitely gravitate towards that more than anything else,” he continued.

Although Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were not there in person, the moment was still reportedly shaped by strong support from their family behind the scenes.
In recent months, Britney has also reconnected with both of her sons after a widely discussed period of distance, and that renewed bond appears to have made the Paris debut especially meaningful.
According to those close to the family, Britney made sure the brothers felt encouraged before they left for Europe.
“…She sent us flowers to our hotel as a good luck thing, and called and texted us so many times. It was good to have that and to carry that with us before we went out there,” Jayden shared.
He also described how invested she was in the moment.
“Oh my god, she was so nervous for us,” he exclaimed. ”She was just looking out for us and making sure that this was what we wanted to do.”
The runway debut also follows another recent fashion-world appearance for Jayden, who attended the Dior Cruise 2027 show in Los Angeles earlier this year, suggesting both brothers may be getting increasingly comfortable in front of cameras.
For now, though, they seem intent on keeping their priorities split between music and whatever comes next, with modeling looking more like an exciting possibility than a firm career plan.
