Candace Cameron Bure is officially a grandmother.
The “Full House” alum, 50, welcomed her first grandchild after son Lev Bure, 26, and his wife Elliott became parents to a baby boy born dramatically ahead of schedule. Bond Leo Bure arrived 10 weeks early, weighing exactly 3 pounds, and spent more than five weeks in neonatal intensive care before his parents could bring him home.
Elliott Bure revealed the news in an emotional Instagram post, sharing both the trauma and the triumph of their early delivery. “Welcome baby boy,” she wrote. “Bond was born 10 weeks early at exactly 3 lbs and was transferred immediately to the NICU — through lots of tears, countless prayers, and what felt like endless hours in the hospital, 5 weeks and 5 days later we finally brought our miracle boy home.”
She added her gratitude to the medical team, thanking hospital staff “who took the most incredible care” of their newborn.
Cameron Bure quickly amplified the announcement across her own social media, reposting Elliott’s news to her Instagram Stories and leaving an effusive comment on the original post. “Bond Leo is a miracle baby 😭🙌🏼🙏🏻❤️ Our hearts could not be more full of love. You and Lev are the most amazing parents – and we are here for every minute of it 🙌🏼❤️ We love you all sooooooo much 💙🩵💙,” she wrote.
The grandmother’s joy caps a rapid family expansion that began in May, when both of her eldest children announced pregnancies within weeks of each other. Lev revealed he and Elliott were expecting in late May, shortly after his older sister Natasha, 28, shared her own baby news.
Cameron Bure had embraced her emerging “CandyGram” identity with characteristic enthusiasm when both announcements landed. “Are you KIDDING?!! Another grandbaby on the way 🥹!!!!! Does life get any better?!!!” she posted at the time. She later added, “CandyGram x2 = fully ignited 🍭💖👶🏼. Congratulations Lev and @elliottpbure 🎈, we are still pinching ourselves!! 🥰”
The dual pregnancies gave the former “Fuller House” star parallel paths to grandmotherhood through her two eldest children. Natasha, who married her partner Perry in Malibu, California, in September 2025, had announced her pregnancy with maternity shoot photos that Cameron Bure eagerly shared.

Natasha herself confirmed the family excitement, noting that her parents’ reaction to her announcement was one of pure shock and delight. “We were, in fact, not kidding. This baby is so loved already … They were very shocked and excited to say the least!!!” she wrote on Instagram.
The “Good Luck Charlie” alum also revealed that she and Perry had conceived on the “first try,” documenting her pregnancy journey ahead of her due date.
Lev and Elliott, who wed in 2024, now join Natasha and Perry in the next generation of the Bure family. Cameron Bure and husband Valeri Bure, married since June 1996, are also parents to 24-year-old son Maksim Bure.
The family has deep roots in both entertainment and faith. Cameron Bure rose to fame as D.J. Tanner on “Full House” and its Netflix sequel, while her children have pursued their own public paths.
