Candace Owens Claims Charlie Kirk Sent a Shocking 6-Word Text Before His Assassination

Candace Owens has shared the six-word text message that Charlie Kirk allegedly sent to a friend the night before his assassination.

Kirk was tragically killed in September when he was shot in the neck at a Turning Point USA event. During the incident at Utah Valley University, he was answering a question about gun violence from an audience member.

Tyler Robinson, 22, has been charged in connection with his death. Robinson has yet to enter a plea, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place over three days starting on May 18, 2026.

Months after his passing, discussions about Kirk’s assassination continue.

Candace Owens, a political commentator and a close associate of Kirk, has been vocal about his death.

On her podcast, Owens has promoted conspiracy theories regarding Kirk’s assassination, leading to tension between her and Kirk’s widow, Erika.

In response, Erika requested that Owens cease her ongoing commentary. The podcaster quickly responded to this appeal.

However, it seems that Owens and Erika have reconciled to some extent after holding a private meeting this week, which Erika described as ‘productive’.

Owens shared the positive outcome on social media, stating, “Erika and I had an extremely productive 4 1/2 hour meeting that I think we both feel should have taken place a lot earlier than it did.

“We agreed much more than I had anticipated. Of course, we also disagreed on various points and people as well. Most importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent.”

Owens has now provided additional information about their discussion, touching on her earlier assertions that Kirk sent text messages expressing fear for his life the day before he died.

A particularly chilling message to Andrew Kolvet reportedly read: “They are going to kill me.”

Owens stood by her claim, although Erika had initially disputed it.

Another message allegedly sent to Dan Flood read: “The Left is going to kill me.”

After their recent conversations, Erika has allegedly acknowledged that while there were no iMessages from her late husband, she has reviewed Kirk’s Signal/Telegram messages and found the comments Owens claimed he made.

Owens explained on a YouTube livestream shared on December 16 that she hasn’t personally seen the messages, but Kolvet and Flood directly informed her about the alarming messages they received.

UNILAD have contacted Erika Kirk’s representative for comment.
