Cardi B has celebrated the arrival of her fourth child and her first with her partner, NFL player Stefon Diggs.
The pair, who went public with their relationship in June, have been spotted at various events together, including a New York Knicks playoff game in May.
Following the announcement of her pregnancy in September, Cardi B and Diggs have welcomed a son. A representative for the singer confirmed to People that “Cardi is healthy and happy.”
The artist, known for her hit ‘WAP’, shares three children with her former husband Offset: daughters Kulture, 7, Blossom, 1, and son Wave, 4.
Cardi B took to Instagram to share her joy, writing: “My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy, but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world!
“A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else, so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.
“This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It’s me against all odds, me against everything meant to get in my way. I’ve started prepping for tour, getting my body right, getting my mind right.
“There’s nothing that’s gonna stop me from giving you guys the performance of a lifetime! I’ve learned, I’ve healed, and I’m loving the woman I’ve become!
“That’s what this next era means to me, and I’m stepping into it better than ever.”
Cardi B had previously expressed her excitement about her pregnancy, telling CBS Mornings in September: “I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
Recently, the ‘Drip’ artist shared an intimate glimpse into her fourth pregnancy through a social media post.
On X, she shared: “I’m uncomfortable when I sit, when I lay down, when I stand up… I can’t take this no more.”
When a fan commented, “Then why do you keep getting pregnant?” Cardi B humorously responded: “Cause I keep f**kin.”
Her candid reply quickly gained attention, with one fan remarking: “Do you think this is your hardest pregnancy so far? cause sis… baby brim doing you in.”
Another added: “Real girl you need to catch a break.”
