Charlize Theron, 49, shares details of a ‘f****** amazing’ recent encounter with a 26-year-old

Charlize Theron recently opened up about an encounter with a 26-year-old that she described as ‘f****** amazing’.

The actress has made her way back into the limelight with the release of Netflix’s The Old Guard 2, which premiered on July 2.

In this sequel, Theron reprises her role as Andy, alongside newcomers Uma Thurman and Henry Golding. The plot follows Andy’s struggles after losing her immortality, while a new threat emerges from a long-lost immortal.

As part of promoting the film, Theron appeared on various podcasts, including an episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy. During the discussion, the 49-year-old was asked for her best bedroom tips.

“I almost choked. I am the last person to ask,” she candidly remarked. The South African actress then shared how her recent experience had been a significant boost for her.

Confidently, she said, “I’m sounding very cocky here, but I think it’s because I found this freedom in my 40s where I’m like, ‘Oh my God,’ so I just want to say this in perspective. I’ve probably had three one-night stands in my entire life, but I did just recently f*** a 26-year-old and it was really f****** amazing and I’ve never done that and I was like, ‘Oh, this is great okay’.”

In response to Cooper’s observation, “Let me just say that 26-year-old is the luckiest f****** man walking on this God damn planet,” Theron humorously added, “He for sure is not, but thank you.”

Theron, who has two adopted daughters, Jackson and August, has had past relationships with Sean Penn, Stuart Townsend, Craig Bierko, and musician Stephan Jenkins.

Reflecting on her history with one-night stands, she noted that her experiences are quite limited.

“I’m sitting here sounding like I do. So when I do, I’m like, ‘Oh, f*** yeah, I should have done this in my 20s!'” she remarked.

She explained how her past commitments, including marriage and raising children, limited her opportunities. “I was married from the time that I was, like, having sex to the time that I had my last relationship. Then I had children. Who has f*** time for dates and shaving and waxing and makeup? And, like, I’ve got two children that have to go to school.”

When it comes to advice in the bedroom, Theron emphasized the importance of women putting their pleasure first.

She explained, “I think this is kind of like a thread throughout our conversation: women who come across as confident, women who come across as outspoken, ones that wouldn’t speak up for themselves tend to also be in bed people who want to please males.”

Highlighting the issue, Theron encouraged, “Like, and I have found this in my experiences with talking to other women about this. Isn’t it strange? We should be the ones that are like, ‘F*** you. I’m gonna have an orgasm.'”

Offering her words of wisdom, she advised, “So my advice would be this. Don’t f****** do that for two reasons. You’re gonna have better orgasms and guess what? Your man’s gonna like that.”

She also emphasized the importance of practice, saying, “Practice helps. You have to practice, and then you’ll figure it out. In a safe way, please.”

The Old Guard 2 is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
