Christina P. fought back tears on “Your Mom’s House” podcast as she told listeners she and Tom are divorcing after 20 years together.
Christina Pazsitzky, 49, opened up about her divorce from Tom Segura, 47, for the first time on their podcast, getting emotional as she revealed they spent years trying to save their marriage.
She says the two tried to work things out for “several, several years” for the sake of their children and family but ultimately couldn’t make the marriage work.
Christina looked back on everything she and Tom built together while crying, saying it ranged from starting out as two broke comics living in Silver Lake to launching YMH, building their comedy careers, and raising a family.
The pair met through comedy in the 1990s and wed in 2008.
Tom and Christina got hitched back in 2008 and have two sons, Ellis, born in 2016, and Julian, born in 2018.
The couple shares custody of their kids and plans to co-parent.
Despite the split, Christina says there’s no bad blood between them, stressing their children remain the priority and calling the divorce amicable.
“We’re cool, dude.”
She added she has no regrets about their marriage.
The exes launched the raunchy and funny “Your Mom’s House” podcast in 2010 and went on to create the comedy podcast production company YMH Studios in 2025.
The podcast network hosts multiple shows including their flagship show.
A source said, “They had a special and productive relationship, creating one of the most successful comedy podcast networks in the industry and, more importantly, two kids.
They are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children.”
The two plan to keep hosting the podcast together despite their split.
The couple, who share two sons and have collaborated on various projects including the podcast “Your Mom’s House,” have decided to continue co-hosting the podcast despite their separation.
Christina had previously addressed the split on Instagram.
Pazsitzky, 50, wrote in a picture of a handwritten note shared via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, July 18, addressing listeners of her and Segura’s podcast “Your Mom’s House,” whom she referred to in the note as “mommies.”
“Thank you for all the kind messages. This is a really difficult time for our family.”
She explained why listeners hadn’t heard about it yet.
The comedian says, “Episodes of YMH are pre-recorded in advance – hence no mention of recent events.”
She closed with a warm message to fans.
“Just know your mommy loves you and will see you very soon.”
