Supermodel Cindy Crawford has been ridiculed by some social media users after sharing her daily routine online.
The 60-year-old posted a TikTok on Wednesday (March 11) offering a look at what she says helps her look and feel her best.
In the video, Crawford walks viewers through a lengthy morning schedule — around two and a half hours — which she follows each day, prompting a mix of reactions in the comments.
Captioning the clip, the former model wrote: “I love my morning routine – sets me up to have a great day!”
The routine begins at 6am, with Crawford dry brushing her legs while listening to the audiobook The Bible Recap.
By 6:30am, she moves on to skincare, using a gua sha tool and Skin Softening Cleanser from her Meaningful Beauty line. She also wears a Capillus Laser Cap and uses a Bemer mat, which are both marketed as supporting hair growth and muscle recovery.
Next, Crawford massages her face with The Wand by Keren Bartov, then at 7am takes a shot of Fire Cider apple cider vinegar. She later walks barefoot on her lawn before getting into her Jacuzzi.
After that, she makes coffee with added collagen, changes into workout clothes, and heads to her home gym. There, she uses an inversion table, jumps on a trampoline, and stretches ahead of a Pilates session, with her instructor arriving at 8:30am.
While some viewers found the clip aspirational, others weren’t impressed and argued the routine felt disconnected from everyday life.
Under her video, many were quick to call her out, with one pointing out: “Wake up, coffee, throw on scrubs then out the door for 12-hour shift. It’s called the real world.”
Another wrote: “Celebrities are so out of touch and need to stop rubbing it in our faces. They don’t have a normal life routine. Nothing about all this is normal to an average person.”
Someone else said: “Not so shocked by the routine itself, but the need to post it for the world to see. It’s not for the money it is out of vanity.”
Still, other commenters defended Crawford, noting that her appearance is closely tied to her career and business ventures.
