Bianca Censori has never shied away from making bold fashion choices, and last night was no exception.
Her recent appearance at the 67th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles with husband Kanye West has sparked considerable debate, with many fans suggesting her attire might have crossed a line, potentially leading to legal consequences for her daring outfit.
As the couple approached the media, the 30-year-old turned around and lowered her thick, black fur coat to reveal a see-through mesh dress without any undergarments beneath.
Social media erupted with reactions, with many wondering how Censori evaded legal trouble.
“How is Bianca Censori not in prison after exposing herself in public the amount of times she has,” remarked one user.
“Why the hell is Bianca Censori not in jail for indecent exposure,” another commented.
“Children were present. California Penal Code § 314 PC @LAPDHQ.”
A third user observed: “Bianca Censori could be charged with indecent exposure per California law. Honestly, she should be.”
One user felt uneasy about sharing the images, stating: “I’m not going to tweet the pictures of Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori. Whatever the reason, whatever is going on, it is not right and is deeply disturbing.
“Is it not indecent exposure? Are there not laws against such things?”
This behavior could fall under Penal Code 314, which the California Legislature outlines as follows:
Chapter 8: Indecent Exposure, Obscene Exhibitions, and Bawdy and Other Disorderly Houses.
Every person who willfully and lewdly, either:
1. Exposes his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where there are present other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby; or,
2. Procures, counsels, or assists any person so to expose himself or take part in any model artist exhibition, or to make any other exhibition of himself to public view, or the view of any number of persons, such as is offensive to decency, or is adapted to excite to vicious or lewd thoughts or acts.
When approached by the New York Times for comment on Censori’s attire, a spokesperson directed the publication to the aforementioned penal code.
Indecent exposure can result in up to six months of imprisonment or a fine of up to $1,000.

Reflecting on the awards night, it was filled with remarkable performances, heartfelt tributes, and memorable moments.
Back in 2019, Alicia Keys wowed the audience with her dual-piano performance, paying tribute to jazz musician Hazel Scott as she played a medley of songs she admired.
“I always wanted to play two pianos,” she reminisced. And indeed, she accomplished just that.
In 2011, Lady Gaga continued her trend of extravagant and theatrical appearances, arriving at the event encased in an egg, from which she emerged in a yolk-colored ensemble.
The 1984 Grammy Awards saw a moment of confusion when staff and audience members alike failed to recognize Annie Lennox, who had disguised herself in drag for a performance of “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).”
Lennox later explained, “People were unaware that it was me, so it was almost like being a fly on the wall for a while.” The act was a bold statement against critics questioning her style and sexuality.
In 2001, Eminem surprised everyone by performing a duet with Elton John, despite the controversy surrounding some of his lyrics, which drew criticism from LGBTQ+ advocacy groups.
Following Whitney Houston’s tragic death just before the 2012 Grammys, Jennifer Hudson delivered a moving tribute with “I Will Always Love You,” earning a standing ovation.
Nicki Minaj stirred controversy in 2012 with her “Roman Holiday” performance, featuring a staged exorcism, which drew ire from the Catholic Church.
The 2014 Grammys featured a groundbreaking moment when 33 couples, both same-sex and straight, were wed on stage as Macklemore’s “Same Love” played, with Queen Latifah serving as officiant and Madonna performing “Open Your Heart.”
In a humorous turn of events at the 2022 Grammys, Doja Cat dashed from the restroom to the stage just in time to accept the Best Pop
