Seven rock-throwing muggers stabbed a 17-year-old boy in the back and right shoulder and slashed a 15-year-old on the face before fleeing with their electric scooter in Corona, Queens on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The rock-hurling crew chucked rocks at two 15-year-olds and one 17-year-old as they demanded the trio hand over what they had minutes before 4 p.m. At 111th Street and 49th Avenue in Corona, according to authorities.

They then stabbed the older teen in the back and right shoulder, slashed one of the younger victims on the face and fled with the scooter.
Both went to the Elmhurst Hospital Center, where they were listed in stable condition.
The other 15-year-old boy was not hurt, police said.
The two younger boys suffered the most direct assault during the brazen daytime robbery in the Corona neighborhood.

Luinyerbed Marcanoliendo, 18, of Brooklyn – who is accused of knifing one of the teens, an acquaintance – was charged with robbery, gang assault, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment, police said.
He has no previous arrests, according to police.

The suspect appeared to have a connection to at least one of the victims before the violence erupted.
The other suspects in the stick-up remain at large, cops said.
Police have launched a manhunt for the six additional members of the crew involved in the coordinated assault.

The violence unfolded steps from the Queens Museum, Queens Zoo, New York Hall of Science and Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
The location marks a busy stretch near major cultural institutions and recreational facilities in the neighborhood, making the brazen midday attack particularly jarring to residents and visitors.
Police continue to search for the remaining six attackers in the gang assault.
Anyone with information about the stabbing or the stolen scooter is urged to contact authorities.
