Cristiano Ronaldo, 41, and Georgina Rodríguez, 32, confirmed they are married via a joint Instagram post.
The couple shared a photo showing both wearing white, with rings on their left ring fingers.
Georgina captioned the photo “Sí, quiero. En esta y en todas mis vidas,” translating to “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.”

The ceremony was a private and intimate moment attended by their five children according to a press release obtained by People.
They are raising their five children — Cristiano Jr., twins Eva and Mateo, Alana Martina, and Bella Esmeralda.
The wedding took place on August 11, in Cascais, Portugal.
Cascais was chosen since Al-Nassr start their season on September 13 and the star would be heading back to the club to begin pre-season training.
The couple had announced their engagement in August 2025, with Georgina sharing a photo of her dazzling ring with the simple but powerful caption “Yes, I do.”
The engagement ring is a 30-carat stone thought to be worth between 2 and 4.5 million euros.
In an interview on Piers Morgan Unsensored, Ronaldo revealed the proposal happened at 1am with his daughters in bed sleeping, but as he was giving Georgina the ring, the children came in and said “Daddy, you’re going to give the ring to mum and you’re going to ask her to get married.”
“I said, ‘Wow, this is the right moment to say yes.’ It was the time. I knew that I was going to do it one day but I hadn’t planned to do it then.”
He did not get on one knee because he was not prepared but called it “a beautiful moment.”
Ronaldo said he was “not a romantic guy” and “not the kind of guy who brings flowers every week to the home,” but romantic “in my way.”
In the viral moment that sparked engagement speculation over the past year, fans had long waited for confirmation the couple would marry after nearly a decade together.
The two met in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid when Ronaldo played for Real Madrid and Rodríguez was a sales assistant.
The couple lost one of their newborn twins, a boy, in 2022.
They have welcomed three children together, a daughter born in 2017 and twins born in 2022, one of which died in childbirth.
Ronaldo also has three older children including Cristiano Jr., who is part of Al-Nassr’s youth academy and made his debut for Portugal’s under-15 national team earlier this year.
Ronaldo and Georgina got engaged in 2025, and he had reportedly said he plans to marry after the World Cup.
Wedding rumors swirled in recent weeks as the couple faced false reports of ceremonies in Madeira and other locations.
Ronaldo’s younger sister Katia Aveiro told Portuguese magazine TV7 Dias: “There is no date set. This year I won’t be wearing a wedding dress, not for myself and not for him.”
Over the weekend before the actual wedding, thousands of people mistakenly thought the couple was tying the knot on Saturday in Madeira where he was born, but a different couple actually got married.
