As a child, having your parents find your toys usually isn’t a big deal, but when it happens as an adult, it takes on a whole new level of awkwardness.
A woman recently shared her bewildering experience on social media after her father discovered an adult item of hers and decided to let her know in an unusual way.
Posting a video on TikTok, which later made its way to X, she shared her shock, holding her head in her hands while a caption detailed her predicament.
She recounted the moment her father stumbled upon one of her personal toys — something no one ever wants their parent to see.
In response, her father opted to inform her through an AI video featuring President Donald Trump, sparking outrage among viewers.
The woman narrated in her video: “My dad just found my d*ldo and told me with f*king AI Trump.”
The following scenes show a text conversation between her and her father, where he starts with: “FYI, I won’t tell mom.”
She responded with ‘??’, puzzled by her dad’s mysterious message.
The situation became clear when he sent her an AI-generated video of Trump saying: “Hi Sweetheart, there’s no reason to be embarrassed.”
The AI Trump continued by mentioning the discovery of her ‘green goblin,’ humorously referencing what her mother allegedly called the toy.
He advised her to be more discreet about what she leaves in the bathroom.
The video further cautioned that her ‘younger brother is in there all the time for like hours on end’ and emphasized the need to ‘keep these things private’.
“To be frank with you, I didn’t believe it when I first saw it. These things are so much bigger than I remember,” the clip added.
It concluded with a light-hearted ‘take it easy’ remark, suggesting she’s ‘not training for the Olympics’.
Understandably, anyone would feel mortified by such an unusual revelation from their father.
Most viewers were more disturbed by the father using Trump’s image and words in the video.
One commenter criticized: “This is not funny on any level. How did the dad find it? Why would somebody make a video like that?”
However, there’s more to the story.
It appears it might be an advertisement for Yapper AI, a company that enables users to create their own AI-generated clips, as some commenters speculated that it was a fake video.
Someone noted: “It’s just an ad for an AI service, Lynette.”
Others felt the original commenter was overly harsh on the father, suggesting: “Loosen up Lynette.”
Meanwhile, another expressed concern about the toy being left in a shared family bathroom, remarking: “It was in the family bathroom. I imagine it wasn’t under lock and key, did you pay attention or were you locked in on Trump’s face?”
