David and Victoria Beckham’s son breaks silence on rumored ‘feud’ with Brooklyn, makes surprising decision

Cruz Beckham, the son of renowned celebrities David and Victoria Beckham, has addressed the rumored tension within the family involving them and their oldest son, Brooklyn.

The speculation surrounding this family discord began in 2022 when Brooklyn wed American actress Nicola Peltz.

Victoria, known for her success in the fashion industry, was reportedly displeased with Nicola’s choice of wedding dress.

According to a source from PEOPLE, Victoria expressed her desire to design Nicola’s wedding dress, to which Nicola purportedly responded that it would “be her honour” and she would “love to wear one of her originals.”

Nevertheless, a family insider commented: “Nicola was painted as a brat for not wearing Victoria Beckham at the wedding. She’d attended numerous Victoria Beckham fashion shows and events donned in Victoria’s attire. She even wore Victoria Beckham to her Lola movie premiere.”

Conversely, another insider told the publication that this narrative was “far from the truth” and an effort to “try and paint Nicola as somehow a victim.”

Subtle cryptic social media posts and observations from Beckham fans have noted that Brooklyn no longer follows his parents on Instagram, and neither do David and Victoria follow their eldest son and Peltz.

David and Victoria continue to follow their other sons, Romeo and Cruz Beckham, while their daughter Harper is not on Instagram.

Cruz clarified that his parents did not choose to unfollow Brooklyn but discovered they had been blocked on Instagram.

Responding to a report via his Instagram Stories, Cruz wrote: “NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.”

In May, David commemorated his 50th birthday with an extravagant party that Brooklyn and Nicola did not attend.

According to The Mirror, insiders reported that David felt “hurt” by their absence, while PEOPLE suggested that their nonattendance was due to the presence of Romeo’s partner, Kim Turnball, who allegedly had a past connection with Brooklyn, according to a source.

“Brooklyn didn’t want to be in the same room as her, and he told his dad that,” the source claimed. “But David opted to have Kim there over Nicola.”

Cruz later refuted on Instagram any claims that Brooklyn and Kim had ever dated.
