Little one-month-old Connor was having an adorable autumnal photoshoot in the forest when a wild deer showed up to add a magical touch to his photos.
Maggie the deer is a local at Sam Houston Jones State Park in Louisiana. She was rescued and hand-fed at birth, so Connor was in no danger as she posed for the camera to make his photos something truly special.
“Maggie was hand-fed as a baby, so she’s very comfortable with people,” photographer Megan Rion told Yahoo Parenting. “But I always make sure that we have one hand right near the baby, because she is a wild animal.”
“We’ve seen her in about five different photo shoots,” Rion continued. “I didn’t even know she was going to show up at the spot where I like to take pictures at.”
