The Department of Justice (DOJ) has labeled accusations against President Donald Trump as ‘unfounded and false’ following the release of additional documents linked to financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The newly released files regarding Epstein include an FBI document (EFTA00020517) from October 27, 2020.
This document accuses Trump and Epstein of raping an unnamed woman. It recounts the story of a former limousine driver who allegedly met Trump in 1995 and claimed to have overheard him discussing a severe incident.
The FBI was informed of these remarks in 2020 when the driver claimed Trump frequently mentioned the name ‘Jeffrey’ during a phone conversation, allegedly referring to ‘abusing some girl’.

The driver also noted he was ‘a few seconds from pulling the limousine over on the median and within a few seconds of pulling him out of the car and hurting him due to some of the things he was saying’.
According to the document, the driver explained that as he recounted the story of Trump’s call, an unnamed woman in his company went ‘stone cold’.
The unverified narrative states: “[Woman] stated, ‘He raped me.’ [Driver] said, ‘What?’ as [Woman] replied ‘Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein.'”
It further says: “Some girl with a funny name ‘took me into a fancy hotel or building, that’s how it happened’.”
The driver claimed he advised the woman ‘to call the police regarding the incident’, but she allegedly expressed fear about contacting authorities because ‘they will kill me’.
The document mentions: “On Christmas Day [1999], [Woman] contacted [Driver] and stated she had in fact called the police about what they had talked about. [Driver] told she had ‘done good.’ [Driver] did not hear from [Woman] or [redacted] until 01/10/2000.
“[Redacted] reached out to [Driver] stating [Woman] was dead and noted she was found with her head ‘blown off’ in Kiefer, OK. Officers on the scene and [redacted] stated there was no way it was a suicide. Corner stated it was a suicide.”

The DOJ has consistently rejected these allegations made against Trump.
In a statement shared via social media, the department commented: “The Department of Justice has officially released nearly 30,000 more pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.
“Some of these documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims made against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election. To be clear: the claims are unfounded and false, and if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already.
“Nevertheless, out of our commitment to the law and transparency, the DOJ is releasing these documents with the legally required protections for Epstein’s victims.”
