This Guy Asked Facebook For Help Finding His Lost Pug, And It Went Horribly, Hilariously Wrong

This adorable puppy face belongs to a pug named Bella, who had a bit of an adventure recently.

Recently, Bella sneaked out of their house in Culburra, Australia and went missing. Brothers Luke and James Neville, after searching their entire neighborhood, posted a picture of the missing pup on Facebook.

So when one of their friends saw a poster of a missing pug, they were certain they’d found Bella and safely returned the pup to her owners. Or so they thought.

Although the dog was a pug and looked like Bella, it wasn’t actually their Bella.

By ridiculous coincidence, another pug had gone missing in the very same area on the very same day.

So, while they continued their search for the real Bella, they also began looking for the owners of “Not-Bella”, as they named their visitor.

Eventually, the brothers returned the owners of Not-Bella, and were told by the local council ranger that they had a matching description of their dog in the pound.

Both pugs went home to their respective owners, and this time, Luke has the real Bella.
