Dove Cameron and Damiano David are married.
The “Descendants” alum, 30, and the Måneskin frontman, 27, tied the knot in Montalcino, Italy, on Thursday in a ceremony that broke from traditional bridal conventions. Cameron stepped out in a white suit-inspired look complete with a cravat and belted, caped jacket, her dark hair parted down the middle in a sleek style. She carried a bouquet of white calla lilies for the occasion.
David matched his bride in an off-white suit, adding an olive green scarf draped around his neck. The couple were photographed laughing alongside family and friends outside the town hall, sharing a romantic kiss as David swept Cameron into his arms. He was later seen holding a vehicle door open for her before they made their exit together in an off-white car.
The wedding caps a whirlwind romance that first sparked speculation in 2023 when Cameron was spotted at one of David’s Madison Square Garden concerts in New York City. The pair went public at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammys gala in Beverly Hills in 2024, where Cameron wore a red corset look and David sported a vest with slacks as they packed on PDA for photographers.
Engagement rumors began circulating last October when Cameron was seen wearing a massive diamond ring in Sydney, Australia. She confirmed the news herself in January via social media, posting a photo of the sparkler with the caption: “My favourite part of being alive 💍 happy new year.”
Before finding each other, both had high-profile relationships. Cameron previously dated Thomas Doherty, while David had been linked to influencer Giorgia Soleri.
The couple have been vocal about their happiness in recent months. In a 2024 interview with Cosmopolitan, Cameron gushed about her then-boyfriend’s character.
“He’s the best person I’ve met in my life,” she told the outlet. “You spend two minutes around him and you realize he is the kindest, most generous, most innocent, most giving person. He’s just a beautiful, sensitive soul.”
David echoed that contentment during a 2025 appearance on SiriusXM Hits 1, where he opened up about finding balance between his booming music career and personal life.
“I’m kind of in one of the happiest moments of my personal life,” he shared. “I have the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had, and I manage to see my family, see my friends, take care of myself … The victory for me now is actually to make my job and my personal life live together and not constantly fight.”
Måneskin has become one of the biggest rock acts to emerge from Italy in recent years, with David’s charismatic stage presence helping propel the band to international fame. Cameron, meanwhile, transitioned from Disney Channel stardom into music with hits like “Boyfriend” and acting roles including “56 Days.”
The Italian wedding location held personal significance for David, who was born in Rome. Montalcino, located in the Tuscany region, is known for its medieval architecture and Brunello wine.
Neither Cameron nor David have posted about the wedding on their social media accounts as of Friday, keeping the ceremony relatively private despite the public nature of their relationship.
The newlyweds are expected to continue splitting time between the United States and Europe as David tours with Måneskin and Cameron pursues her music and film projects.
