Eminem has dropped a diss track targeting none other than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Diddy has been embroiled in significant legal troubles since last year, facing numerous allegations ranging from sexual assault to grooming.
He’s also been implicated in the murders of The Notorious B.I.G and Tupac Shakur, who were both shot in apparent drive-by attacks—allegations that Diddy denies.
Now, Eminem has revisited these serious accusations against the rapper in his latest track.
The Detroit rapper released an extended version of his new album, The Death of Slim Shady, on September 13. This includes a remix of his song ‘Fuel’, featuring Westside Boogie and Grip.
In his lyrics, Eminem explicitly mentions Diddy, stating:
“The Notorious B.I.G.’s death was the domino effects of 2Pac’s murder / Like facial tissue, whose card should I clean next? Puff’s? / ‘Til he’s in police handcuffs, guilty, will he step up?
“Like gee, never turned himself in, who knows all the murders there’s been / Or me next up, prepare for me to not choose none of my words carefully.”
This isn’t the first time Eminem has taken shots at Diddy with these claims.
In the original ‘Fuel’ song, Eminem rapped: “I’m like a R-A-P-E-R / Got so many S-As, S-As / Wait, he didn’t just spell the word ‘rapper’ and leave out a P, did he? / R.I.P., rest in peace Biggie / And ‘Pac, both of y’all should be living / But I ain’t tryna beef with him / ‘Cause he might put a hit on me like, ‘Keefe D, get him.'”
On his track ‘Antichrist’, Eminem continued his attack, with lyrics that read: “Next idiot ask me is gettin’ his a** beat worse than Diddy did / But on the real, though / She prolly ran out the room with his f****n’ d-ldo / He try to field goal punt her, she said to chill / Now put it back in my a– and get the steel toe.”
Despite Diddy denying the allegations against him in 2011 to L.A. Weekly, some still believe he was involved.
He told the outlet: “It is pure fiction and completely ridiculous.”
In response to the assault allegations, Combs has previously said: “So difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, sometimes you got to do that. I was f**ked up.
“I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses, my behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video, I’m disgusted.
“I was disgusted then when I did it, I am disgusted now. I went and I sought out professional help, I got into going to therapy, going to rehab.
“Had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I am committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness, I’m truly sorry.”
