Enigma of Bright Pink McLaren Parked Outside Hotel for Four Years Could Finally Be Unraveled

The mystery behind the pink McLaren that has been parked outside a hotel for years may have finally been explained, leaving the public less puzzled and intrigued than before.

In large cities, sighting a luxurious or expensive car is not uncommon. However, in London, there’s a specific spot where people can consistently view a striking, bright pink supercar.

According to some locals, the pink McLaren 570 has been stationed outside the opulent five-star St Pancras Renaissance Hotel for the past four years.

Indeed, if you find yourself in London and visit this hotel, you’re likely to see the car parked prominently in front of the building.

Curiosity grew over time, with people wondering why such a flashy car remained in the same spot for so long.

TikToker Gabby (@SoggySpin4ch) posted a video of the car, stating, “When will this pink car move? This car has been here the whole pandemic.”

People believe the car has been there since the pandemic began in late 2019 or early 2020.

One person commented, “Omg yea! It hasn’t moved and I’ve been walking past here a few times over the last couple of years.”

Another remarked, “Wait… I walked past this like seven months ago… IT’S STILL THERE?”

A third noted, “I literally live in Oxford and whenever I come to London, I see this car.”

One user, claiming to work at the hotel, provided an explanation.

They wrote, “I actually work at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The McLaren is owned by one guest who permanently moved into the hotel near the start of the pandemic because he was having trouble getting back to his country.”

While some dismissed the claim, others found it plausible.

Metro, a UK newspaper, contacted the hotel to verify the worker’s statement, and remarkably, it turned out to be true. The hotel staff confirmed the details: “It belongs to a man who is renting one of the apartments upstairs.”

“He has been living there for a number of years, we’re not sure who he is.”

“Every time we walk past it, I just think what a car, and how lucky he must be to drive it.”

“He does go out in it from time to time.”

Due to privacy reasons, the staff couldn’t provide further details about the owner, but at least part of the puzzle is now solved.
