Deziree Hood surrendered to police with her attorney on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old Wisconsin native faces new grand-theft charges tied to a pair of high-dollar heists from men who met her at a Miami strip club called the Booby Trap, according to police reports. Detectives labeled the scheme “robbery by seduction.” Hood was already out on bond for a separate robbery case from earlier this year when she walked into the Miami Police Department for her latest arrest.
The August incident began when Hood and a man left the Booby Trap and continued drinking at his Airbnb on Aug. 9, police said. The victim placed two gold chains worth roughly $110,000 on a bathroom counter before falling asleep. He woke to find them gone. A detective reviewing surveillance footage from the club recognized Hood from a prior arrest, and her fingerprints were recovered at the rental property.

Weeks later, on Sept. 11, Hood allegedly struck again after meeting two men at the same club. The victim told police he brought both women back to his home where they kept drinking tequila. He discovered the next morning that jewelry, clothing and cash worth $25,400 had vanished. Detectives once more spotted Hood on Booby Trap surveillance footage, and the victim later identified her from a photo lineup, according to police reports.
Hood’s criminal history in Miami-Dade County stretches back to last year, when deputies arrested her on prostitution charges after she allegedly agreed to accept $120 for sex acts from an undercover detective, records show. She was described as an “escort” in agency paperwork.

Then in May, prosecutors say she stole tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry — including a $14,000 Rolex watch — from a man she may have drugged at the Candlewood Suites in Miami. Days after that arrest, she allegedly took $60,000 worth of jewelry and high-end clothing from another man in Brickell. Detectives again listed her occupation as “escort” in the arrest report.
A judge ordered Hood to stay away from the Booby Trap, which sits near Miami International Airport. She faces counts of second-degree grand theft in the newest case.

Her booking photo from the Tuesday surrender shows a neck tattoo reading “IS RARE.”
Hood is originally from Madison, Wisconsin.
