An exorcist has shared insights into some of the signs indicating someone may be possessed, highlighting the ones that should raise concerns.
Ian Lawman, who is both an exorcist and a psychic medium, recently spoke with LADbible Stories, covering a broad range of topics related to the spiritual realm. He discussed his firsthand experiences dealing with malevolent spirits, eerie dolls, and even encounters with Satan.
At the start of the interview, Lawman outlined some unexpected indicators that a person close to you might be possessed.
“If someone is possessed with an entity, it’s very, very slow,” he explained. “There is a situation where it’s bang, it’s like a car crash and it’s in there. But for the majority of people, it’s very slow.”
Lawman emphasized that possession doesn’t manifest identically in everyone. He described one example: “If you’re a really happy person, the first thing that would happen is that you’d feel a little bit low, you’d feel depressed, you’d where like you didn’t want to eat anymore.
“Your friends would start to aggravate you and you’d start to push your family and loved ones away.”
The exorcist elaborated further, saying, “The whole idea is that this entity is wanting to isolate you,” and mentioned that possession has tragically led some individuals to die by suicide.
“It could be over months, over years, and it feeds off you,” he concluded.
During LADbible’s ‘Honesty Box’ segment, Lawman also discussed demons, expressing his belief that they integrate themselves into the living world.

“People don’t understand that there’s demons amongst us even now, and demons wear clothes like we wear clothes and that is because they’re trying to fit in,” Lawman continued.
“They’re trying to be one of us and they’re very good at disguising themselves.”
He pointed out that the eyes are often a giveaway, saying, “When I meet somebody… and I think there’s something strange about them, it’s all about their eyes,” noting that demons often seem uneasy around him ‘because I’m ordained, [demons] will look very uncomfortable with me and want to back off’.
