Fans have noticed a hidden detail stitched into Tom Holland’s suit during the premiere of his new film, The Odyssey.
Holland has been out promoting the movie ahead of its US release on July 17, and one of the biggest stops on the press tour was the world premiere at Leicester Square in London on Monday, July 6.
For the event, the actor chose a sharp tailored look, but it wasn’t just the tuxedo and trousers that caught people’s attention.
Some observant fans spotted that the pinstripe detailing on the suit included Morse code embroidery. The design reportedly spelled out “The Odyssey” along with “G&H,” a nod to tailor Gieves & Hawkes.
The bespoke look was also a fitting tribute to the film itself, with Holland playing Telemachus in Christopher Nolan’s retelling of Homer’s epic story.
As excitement builds around the film, Holland has also been opening up about what it was like working with Christopher Nolan, including a nerve-racking start on set.

The 30-year-old admitted he initially thought Nolan was unhappy with his performance while shooting an emotional sequence opposite John Bernthal.
Speaking with Fandango, the actor said: “I think my first day for me was probably one of the most daunting experiences of my career.”
Holland explained that Nolan kept suddenly calling cut during the scene, leaving both him and Bernthal worried they were getting it badly wrong.
In reality, the interruptions had nothing to do with the performances. The issue was simply the practical limit of Nolan’s IMAX cameras, which need to be reloaded after only a short period of filming.
Even with modern filmmaking technology, those cameras still burn through film quickly, meaning pauses are unavoidable.

“And then I remember it was actually George Cottle that was like no no no. There’s only 3 minutes in the match,” Holland laughed in the interview.
To ease his concerns, Nolan later reassured Holland with a hug and a pat on the back, making clear that the frequent cuts were purely technical and not a reflection of his acting.
Holland recalled: “And when I left that day, it wasn’t until I left the set that I was like, ‘Oh, I can I can totally do this.”
“Like, I can swim in these waters.'”
The Odyssey opens in cinemas on July 17, while Holland’s next Spider-Man outing, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is now set for July 31.
That film’s premiere is set for July 23, so fans will no doubt be watching closely to see whether he brings another hidden message into his red carpet look.
