Firm Introduces Worker Grievance Service Using Anonymous In-Person Mediator

Feeling dissatisfied with your manager? There might be a solution for you through a service that allows employees to voice their grievances about their boss without revealing their identity.

Many companies distribute surveys to their staff for feedback on the organization, management, and any workplace concerns they might have. Although these surveys are often labeled as anonymous, some employees might refrain from participating out of fear that their identities could be discovered after sharing honest feedback.

Why not share your workplace issues with someone outside the company?

This is where Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA) steps in.

Led by CEO Calimar White, OCDA addresses issues with difficult bosses by confronting them directly after receiving complaints from their employees.

White and his team meet with managers and staff in person, presenting the complaints in a forthright manner.

These encounters are often uncomfortable for the managers involved but provide engaging content for viewers on White’s TikTok account.

Employees interested in voicing their complaints can visit the OCDA website to submit an anonymous report.

Once received, OCDA sends White, who is also known as Agent Ratliff, to the relevant workplace, accompanied by a camera crew, to directly address the issues with the boss.

The best part? This service comes at no cost. So if you’re dealing with a troublesome manager, it might be worth sending in your complaint.

OCDA and White’s activities have gained significant attention online, with one Reddit user sharing a video and saying: “This man owns a company where he complains to people’s bosses on their behalf anonymously.”

The post has attracted numerous comments from those who have watched White challenge the bosses.

One commenter noted: “Lol at some of the people on here questioning the effectiveness of his methods as if he’s a serious mediator. This guy is hilarious. Top shelf content on his site.”

Another remarked: “Man I want this job. Just blow into businesses like a tornado, start s*** over the course of three minutes, and leave.”

A third commenter pondered: “How anonymous can it actually be? Like the shop in question is an automotive shop. They probably have, what? 20 employees? Simple deduction to figure out who needs to be released from service.”
