An Airbnb host has said they were furious after learning a woman allegedly booked two of their rentals to film herself doing something they described as revolting.
Florida resident Nicolette Keuogh, 31, appeared smiling in her police mugshot following her March 15 arrest, after the owner of two short-term rentals in Pensacola reported finding explicit material allegedly recorded inside the homes.
Pensacola officer Mike Wood spoke after the arrest but did not detail the allegations, saying: “There was a young lady inside making money in a very unusual way that damaged somebody else’s property.”
According to claims made in the case, Keuogh recorded multiple videos in the properties showing herself urinating around the homes, including on objects that other guests might later use.
The footage was allegedly uploaded to adult websites for profit and reportedly showed urine being poured over a range of everyday items, from kitchen appliances such as coffee makers and toasters to typewriters and record players.
The host said they first became concerned when they entered one of the rentals and were hit by an overpowering, foul smell, according to WFLA.
After allegedly matching what they found in the home with the content and discovering that items such as antique chairs and an electric fireplace had been affected, the host estimated the damage at $3,980 for that property alone.
They also alleged that Keuogh stayed at another of their rentals on the same street, North Guillemard Street. A police report reportedly stated that an additional $1,375 in damage was found there, with urine allegedly discovered on rugs and even on an accent wall.

The 31-year-old adult content creator, who promotes herself online with the line ‘I LOVE to PEE Outside and more’, was arrested on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was later released on bail after being booked into jail.
Keuogh has since been barred from Airbnb, while the host is now expected to pursue compensation through the platform for the alleged damage to items in both homes.
Airbnb said in a statement: “This kind of behavior has no place on Airbnb. We’ve removed the guest from our platform and are continuing to assist the host with their reimbursement request through our AirCover damage protection for hosts.
“Property damage incidents during Airbnb stays are rare, and our hosts are backed by our 24/7 global Community Support and AirCover, which are included with every reservation.”
