This is Lily. She’s a camera drone and if you’re lucky, will be snapping your selfies from now on.
Lily is an autonomous drone loaded with a camera that can shoot 1080p videos and up to 120 frames per second — the same tech as the GoPro Hero 3. It can also shoot stills at 12 megapixels and capture panoramic shots.
But the Lily Camera is more than a selfie machine. It is, arguably, the coolest camera ever made.
The camera bot, priced at $499 for pre-orders, can fly on its own and will follow you wherever you go, as long as it’s not faster than 25 miles an hour.
Lily can also detect when you hit a jump while snowboarding, and automatically switches the camera mode into slow motion.
Don’t you worry about the weather. This awesome drone is also 100% waterproof.
You need not fret about strong winds either. Lily’s propellers are designed to bend but not break.
The drone is so easy to use, even your grandma can have a go.
Lily is operated with a tiny remote tracker that is strapped to the wrist.
